Greyfield is proud to be home to Greyfield Garden, led by Culinary Gardeners Monica Ponce and Russell Honderd. This 1.5-acre organic garden supplies the Inn with a variety of fresh produce, herbs, fruit, and cut flowers. Greyfield also produces its own honey from the garden’s 20-plus beehives. Inn guests are invited to walk through the serene setting and learn about our gardeners’ growing techniques.
Our gardeners use sustainable and organic growing practices including composting, cover cropping, and crop rotation to replenish and build its soils.
