The Inn is also home to Greyfield Garden, led by Culinary Gardeners Ryan Graycheck and Maya Velasco. This 1.5-acre organic garden supplies the Inn with a variety of fresh produce, herbs, fruit, and cut flowers. Greyfield produces its own honey from the garden’s 20-plus beehives. Inn guests are invited to walk through the serene setting and learn about our gardeners’ growing techniques.
Our gardeners use sustainable and organic growing practices including composting, cover cropping, and crop rotation to replenish and build its soils.
