Join us for the Third Annual Winter Hog Roast

On Sunday, December 2, 2018, Greyfield Inn will host its Third Annual Winter Hog Roast at their historic property on Cumberland Island, GA to celebrate and honor the family traditions of Greyfield Inn. An intimate event with only 50 guests, the evening will begin in the main house with cocktail hour and hors d’oeurves. Afterwards, guests will enjoy a multi-course meal highlighting various Coastal Georgia dishes and ingredients prepared by Greyfield Inn’s Chefs Whitney Otawka and Ben Wheatley.  A selection of world class wines, craft beers, and signature cocktails will also be available to accompany the dinner (at an additional charge).

3:00 pm: Dinner guests depart from Fernandina, FL on the Lucy R. Ferguson.
3:45 pm: Guests arrive on Cumberland Island, and will enjoy a short tour of Greyfield Inn & Garden
4:30 pm: Cultural & historical outing with Greyfield Inn’s naturalists
6:00 pm: Oyster Roast & Cocktail Hour
7:30 pm: Hog Roast Dinner
9:30 pm: Private ferry departure back to Fernandina, FL for dinner guests

Weekend overnight guests will enjoy a complete Greyfield Inn experience, including an Oyster Roast, Hog Roast, Naturalist-led outings, guided kayak excursions, and more.

Sunday Night Rates:

Sunday overnight rates are $1284.75 per room, inclusive of service charge & all taxes (max 2 guests per room). All meals are included in the rate (breakfast, lunch, and the special Hog Roast dinner) as well as private boat transportation to and from the island, and various naturalist-led tours and activities (including potential kayaking and fishing excursions, depending on weather).

Alcoholic beverages are additional and subject to tax and service charges.

Dinner Only Package:

Dinner-only packages are $309.74 per person, inclusive of tax & service charge. Alcoholic beverages are additional and subject to 7% tax and service charges. The dinner-only packages are very limited, so please reserve now to secure your place at the Winter Hog Roast.
